FAQs

  • Each session is approximately 30 minutes long. This gives us enough time to capture a variety of poses and expressions while keeping the experience fun and engaging for your child.

  • The Virtual Viewing is where you will view and purchase your portraits! You’ll meet virtually with one of our Art Directors who will show you the images from your session!

  • Please bring your favorite uniform! You will need to bring any equipment related to your sport as well.

  • Absolutely! You’re welcome to bring sports equipment, medals, trophies, or any other items that are meaningful to your child. These can add a personal touch and make the photos even more special.

  • For our Youth Sports Sessions we offer exclusive artwork providing the most classic and timeless options for our clients. When you want ALL the images, the digital collection is for you. Digital portraits are available as well with wall art and portrait book purchases. Framing options are available. Most families spend anywhere between $1000 - $3,500 to get what they love. Digital collections start at $1,000.

  • We understand that schedules can change. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll do our best to find a new time that works for you.

  • Booking is simple! Just click the 'Book Now' button on this page, choose your preferred date and time from the available slots, and fill out the required information. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your session is booked.

  • We can photograph up to three children in one session!

Book Your Youth Sports Portrait Session

To secure your session, we require a $99 refundable deposit. This holds your spot for both the in-person photography session and the virtual viewing appointment.

Process:

  1. Pay the $99 deposit to book your photography session.

  2. Attend your photography session at our studio.

  3. Schedule your virtual viewing appointment for the same week.

  4. During the virtual viewing, select your favorite images with our Art Director and decide on any purchases.

  5. After the viewing, your deposit is refunded or applied to your order.

Deposit Policy:

  • Fully refundable after your virtual viewing appointment, provided you do not cancel or reschedule within 72 hours of your appointment.

  • Non-refundable if you cancel or reschedule within 72 hours of your appointment.

  • Option to apply the deposit to any order you place during the viewing appointment.
